...JOB PURPOSE The School Shop staff supports the School Shop Manager during the setup and the running of the annual Essentials Fair. As a first point of contact for new families arriving in the school, the School Shop Staff must act as an ambassador for the school. Roles available: School Shop Team Leader, Essentials Fair Assistant. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS An ideal candidate will: Be reliable, flexible and available during the period required Have effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills Work well as part of a team Be confident and a reassuring presence to new students who are often quite nervous Have basic IT skills KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES School Shop Team Leader Performing all duties of a School Shop Assistant with higher proficiency Supervising and training new or less experienced shop assistants Attending a morning Team Leader briefing each day Leading by example in providing exceptional customer service...
